Infrared light penetrates up to 1.5 inches into the body, warming you from the inside out for a more effective sweat at lower temperatures

SUPPORTS RECOVERY & RELAXATION
Helps reduce muscle soreness and joint stiffness while promoting relaxation and faster recovery

IMPROVES CIRCULATION

Heat causes blood vessels to dilate, improving circulation and delivering more oxygen throughout the body - including your brain

DETOXIFIES & SUPPORTS IMMUNITY

Promotes sweating at a cellular level to help flush toxins and support a strong immune system

BETTER SLEEP & STRESS RELIEF

Helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, and promote deeper,  ore restorative sleep

DID YOU KNOW?

Frequent sauna use has been associated with up to a 65% lower risk of Alzheimer's disease and a 66% lower risk of dementia in long-term studies.

Heat exposure causes blood vessels to dilate, improving circulation helping deliver more oxygen and nutrients throughout the body - including the brain.

Infrared sauna therapy also stimulates the production of heat shock proteins, which can help protect the cell's from damage and support healthy protein function. Together, these adaptions help long-term cognitive health and healthy aging, though research is ongoing.

WHY COLD PLUNGE?

REDUCES

INFLAMMATION

BETTER
CIRCULATION

BOOSTS
MENTAL CLARITY

SUPPORTS IMMUNITY

Cold plunges provide a more controlled, consistent experience at optimal temperatures - making recovery more effective and sustainable.

COLD PLUNGE 101

REDUCE INFLAMMATION
Cold plunges causes blood vessels to constrict, which can temporarily reduce swelling and fluid buildup in overworked tissues.
BOOSTS ENERGY AND ALERTNESS
Cold exposure stimulates your sympathetic nervous system and increases the release of norepinephrine - a horomone and neurotransmitter involved in focus, alertness, and energy.

BUILD MENTAL RESILIENCE

A cold plunge creates a shirt, controlled stress response. Learning to slow your breathing and stay calm in the cold helps strengthen your ability to manage stress, improve focus, and build mental resilience over time.

IMPROVED CIRCULATION

When exposed to the cold, blood is redirected towards your core to protect vital organs. As you warm up afterward, circulation increases throughout the body, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscles and tissues while supporting ovrerall cardiovascular health.

BOOST YOUR MOOD

Cold exposure has been shown to release endorphins and dopamine, the body.s natural "feel-good" chemicals. Many report improved mood, reduced stress, and a lasting sense of accomplishment after just a few minutes in the cold.

WHY COLD PLUNGE OVER ICE BATH?

PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

- No guessing or constantly adding ice. The water stays at your desired temperature for every session.

CONSISTENT RECOVERY

- Ice melts and temperatures fluctuate.A cold plunge maintains a stable temperature so every session delivers the same experience.

MORE COMFORTABLE DESIGN

- Purpose-built seating, depth, and ergonomics make it easier to relax, control your breathing, and get the most out of your session.

Frequently
Asked Questions

What temperature is the infrared sauna? Beginners usually feel best at 110–125°F, which allows the body to heat up comfortably and steadily. More experienced users can tolerate 125–140°F+ depending on preference and session length. Infrared heat works differently than traditional saunas, so the intensity builds more gradually.

Who should avoid it? Anyone with uncontrolled heart conditions, severe hypertension, or who is pregnant should consult a doctor first.

What temperature is the cold plunge? For beginners, we recommend starting around 50–60°F to allow the body to adapt gradually. More experienced users typically work in the 38–50°F range for a deeper exposure. The focus is controlled breathing and comfort, not shock.

Can I come right after a workout? Yes - it’s actually ideal. Just make sure you cool down slightly first and rehydrate before starting your session.

Should I eat before coming in? Light meals are fine, but avoid heavy eating right before your session. A full stomach can make heat and cold exposure less comfortable.

Is it safe for beginners? Yes, but we recommend starting slow. We guide you through timing and intensity so your body can adapt safely.

Can I do both sauna and cold plunge? Yes - this is called contrast therapy, and many clients alternate between heat and cold. A common approach is 10–20 minutes in the sauna followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated for 2–3 rounds depending on experience and tolerance.

Do I need to do both sauna and cold plunge? No. You can use either individually and still enjoy the great benefits they offer.
